As you drive through the gates, you'll pull up to a large fountain surrounded by the circular driveway and a Portico entrance. You are welcomed by a Chinese interior courtyard with lotus pond. Directly across the garden is the living room decorated with Asian-Pacific furnishings, original artwork, hardwood floors and bamboo matted ceiling. At the other end of the room, a billiards table is available for those sharp-shooters wanting to hone their skills while on vacation. Three double-sided glass doors lead out to the lawn and just beyond, an incredible ocean view. All of Beachfront Palace is air-conditioned.

From the living room, follow the covered walkway to the left to the formal dining room and gourmet kitchen. The dining room is quite large, and can seat 12 guests comfortably plus four bar stools at the counter. The room offers ocean views, and access through the double glass doors to the lawn. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features double ovens, six burner cook top, a very large side-by side Sub Zero refrigerator, and all necessary small appliances. The focal point is a sizeable island with sink. The ceiling has bamboo matting with ceiling fan. The flooring is marble, and all the countertops are granite. The covered lanai with barbeque is a great place for dining al fresco.

After your meal, whether it's in the dining room or out on the lanai, you might choose to step inside the Media room and watch TV or DVDs, or listen to some music from the stereo sound system while you sip a glass of wine from the walk-in bar and wine cellar. Perhaps you need to check your emails or send a fax. All of this is available in the Media Room.

The Master Bedroom Suite is adjacent to the Media Room, and offers sweeping ocean views. The décor is a blend of Moroccan and Pacific. There is a King bed, sitting area, a pop-up television console, double glass doors that give access to its own lanai, outdoor shower and oceanfront pool area and gardens. The Master Bathroom has a large soaking tub surrounded in marble, a glass enclosed shower, dual sinks and vanities with granite countertops, and marble flooring.

There are four guest bedroom suites with a Hawaiian decor. Three of the four suites feature King size beds. The fourth suite offers Full day bed. Each bedroom includes a sitting area, wonderful ocean views, pop-up television, minibar with refrigerator, double glass doors leading out to a lanai with patio furnishings and en-suite bath. The walls are wainscoted with partial grass-textured wallpaper, and the flooring is carpeted. The bathrooms each feature a large soaking tub, enclosed glass shower, dual sinks and vanities, and marble flooring.

Start the day off with some exercise in the Yoga/Gym room with non-slip safety flooring, Stairmaster exercise system, free weights, and yoga mats. Finish off with a dip in the sixty-foot, heated pool or simply start the day in the blue-tiled Jacuzzi. The pool area has ample patio furnishings, gas tiki torches, an oceanfront and Moloka'i Island views. The lawn and gardens are beautifully maintained and seem to span to eternity.

This home is definitely fit for a King and/or Queen and their royal family and friends. Beachfront Palace is also the best kept secret in Kapalua. It is less than a half mile from Kapalua's fine dining, entertainment, cultural events, three golf courses, tennis courts, art galleries, and boutique shopping.
