At PollyMakena, the villas were designed to host two separate families simultaneously with considerable privacy. They do not look into each other. They may also be rented together for one large family.
All beaches in Hawaii are public. The Beach Cove is known locally as "Wedding Cove" or "Secret Beach" and is a popular place for small weddings, which should not interfere with normal recreational use.

Disclosures:
A caretaker resides in a small apartment at the rear of the property that has no views into either villa. He keeps to himself.
The property is not air conditioned.
